Neil personally tries to speak with every customer that buys a knife. This creates a relationship with existing customers. Once they express what they are looking for, as Neil makes knives, he is able to contact them and fulfill their request. 

OUR BOOKS ARE CLOSED

This is due to being located on an island with limited supplies/resources and that Neil only wants to make the best possible knife. This gives Neil the freedom to create and have passion for his work.
