No, as of July 2026 a customer account is no longer required for purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship any items internationally.
Can I order a custom knife?
No, Neil is not currently taking custom orders. He does not make to order due to limited resources on the island.
When is the next knife drop?
Knife drops typically happen twice a month on Fridays. These are not set dates. The best way to find out when the next knife drop will be is to subscribe to our Newsletter email listing. Each drop is announced via email 24 hours prior to the drop.
I'm on the site for the drop, but I'm not seeing any knives available?
Neil's knives sell out very quickly; we recommend a fast internet connection and having the KNIVES page loaded and ready to refresh before the drop time.
I had a knife in my cart while shopping for another, but it disappeared, does having the knife in my cart hold the knife for purchase?
Having a knife in your cart does not hold the knife, please keep this in mind while trying to purchase multiple knives. Neil's knives sell very quickly.
